I keep my schedule flexible for newborn sessions because babies arrive on their own timeline. When you book during pregnancy, I'll hold a flexible window around your due date. Once baby arrives, simply text or call me, and we'll confirm your actual session date within those first two weeks. If baby arrives significantly early or late, we'll adjust as needed.

You'll have full access to my client wardrobe—beautiful flowing dresses in timeless neutrals that photograph beautifully. You're also welcome to wear something of your own, like a soft sweater or simple top in neutral colors (whites, creams, tans, or pastels). We'll discuss your preferences during your consultation so you feel confident and comfortable.

Absolutely! Maternity sessions can include your partner, and we'll capture connection between all of you. For newborn sessions, siblings are welcome and encouraged—some of the most treasured images are big brother or sister meeting their new baby. I know how to work with toddlers and young children to make it feel like play rather than work. We'll get the whole family together, then also capture individual moments.

I understand—many mothers feel uncertain about maternity photos, especially if they're feeling uncomfortable or self-conscious about their changing body. But here's what I've learned after 20 years: these images become incredibly precious. Pregnancy is such a brief, fleeting chapter, and you'll want to remember how it felt to carry your baby before they arrived. The mothers who skip maternity photos almost always wish they hadn't. Even if you're on the fence, I'd encourage you to document this moment—you won't regret it.

Here's what I know to be true: newborn sessions aren't about how you look; they're about who you are to this tiny person. Years from now, you won't see your postpartum body—you'll see yourself as a new mother, holding your days-old baby, and you'll be grateful these moments were preserved. I also provide professional hair and makeup, a carefully curated wardrobe, and flattering posing guidance so you feel as beautiful as you truly are.

Maternity sessions are best scheduled between 28–34 weeks when your bump is beautifully round but you’re still comfortable moving around.

We work at your baby’s pace. Sessions typically last 2–3 hours with plenty of time for feeding, soothing, and snuggles. Beautiful portraits are possible whether baby sleeps deeply or stays awake.

Yes! You’ll have full access to my curated client wardrobe for both maternity and newborn sessions, with styling guidance to help you feel confident and beautiful.

You’ll return for your design appointment 1–2 weeks after each session to view your curated slideshow and select your favorites. Custom albums and framed artwork are typically delivered within 4–6 weeks.

Absolutely. Sessions can be booked individually starting at $1,950, or you can join the Motherhood Membership to document your baby’s complete first year.
